Adaptation of Peter O'Donnell's comic strip finds his tough British babe spy embodied by Italian beauty Vitti, aided by her right-hand man Willie Garvin (Stamp). The secret agent is watching out for a diamond shipment, which is the target of her archrival Gabriel (Bogarde). Very campy and '60s pop-arty, with everyone having fun and not taking any situation seriously. O'Donnell retired himself and Modesty in 2001.
