The shadow of the evil Aku has fallen across the land and enslaved its inhabitants in an effort to help their dark captor take over the world. Their only hope lies in Samurai Jack, a man who has spent many years abroad honing his skills as a warrior and waiting for the day he could return to his homeland and remove his country's greatest threat. But before Jack can defeat Aku, he will be pushed by his dark nemesis to the brink of his mental and combative skills. "Samurai Jack" is a more adult-themed cartoon developed by Genndy Tartakovsky, and does a good job of breaching an anime style while still retaining some of its innocent cartoonish nature.
