Rompy spy spoof is the first of Martin's Matt Helm films, made to take advantage of the James Bond craze. Sexy secret agent man Helm must save the American atomic missile system from sabotage by Big O, the organization headed by Tung-Tze (Buono). That is if Matt can stay away from the babes and the booze. Based on the novels "The Silencers" and "Death of a Citizen" by Donald Hamilton. Followed by "Murderer's Row" (1966), "The Ambushers" (1967), and "The Wrecking Crew" (1968).
