Shakedown Movie Review 2002

Perlman is the leader of a doomsday cult that plans to steal a biological weapon and unleash it on the population. They take over the L.A. bank where the weapon is stored just at the same time that an earthquake hits, which traps the bad guys. When the military discovers the situation, a general (Dryer) decides to destroy the bank to prevent the virus from escaping.
