Funny but padded spoof of secret agents and blaxploitation movies. Brother (Griffin) is a secret agent from the B.R.O.T.H.E.R.H.O.O.D. sent to rescue a black war hero turned presidential candidate (the always-cool Williams) who has been brainwashed in a plot by The Man to destroy African-American culture. More-hit-than-miss comedy finds many targets of all stripes to lampoon, and does so with just the right amount of funk.
