Outta Time Movie Review 2001

Tijuana native David Morales (Lopez) has gottan an athletic scholarship to the University of San Diego but loses it because of a knee injury. Needing cash to pay his tuition, David doesn't ask a lot of questions when ex-professor Darabont (Saxon) asks David to transport some sealed packages of serum for testing across the border. Naturally, this job isn't as easy as David has been told.
