A tourist bus traveling in Namibia strays offcourse and runs out of gas. The passengers stumble into a deserted mining town with little food or water and only a small chance at survival. Retired actor Henry (Bradley) begins to think their situation resembles that of "King Lear" and he gradually begins to convince the others to rehearse the play as a way to pass the time. Much lunacy ensues.
