Kill by Inches Movie Review 1999

Strange and stylized story follows traumatized tailor Thomas Klamm (Salinger) who, as a child, was forced by his authortarian father (Powell) to literally eat a tape measure as punishment for a dispute with his sister. Since then, Tom finds a sexual thrill in the measurement of human bodies. Sister Vera (Cyr), also a tailor, suddenly shows up at Thomas' Brooklyn shop with her own special gifts and they play out their odd sibling rivalry.
