Jailbreakers Movie Review 1994

Another remake from Showtime's "Rebel Highway" series that takes little but the title from the 1960 A.I.P. flick. Cheerleader Angel (Doherty) falls for bad boy Tony (Sabato Jr.) and gets busted by the cops while they're out on a little crime spree. He goes to prison, she and her family must leave town. But boy can't get girl out of his head and he busts out of the big house to reunite with his true love. Then the crazy kids hit the road for the Mexican border.
