Collection of four different stories disguised as one full-length movie. The wrap-around story involves three faculty members from the Third Street School: Principal Prickly (Coleman), Miss Finster (Winchell), and Miss Grotke (Beasley) who are trapped in a car on the first day of Christmas vacation. They take this time to debate whether or not their students are good kids or troublemakers by reminiscing about four separate incidents, which involve things such as T.J. (Lawrence) being principal for a day and a canned-food drive. The segments are very similar to episodes of the show, with only the canned-food drive short standing out due to its positive Yuletide message. Good for fans of the show, but not as good as "Recess: School's Out."
