At the outset, we are lead to believe that filmmaker Nina Davenport has made a film about the pressures that women face concerning marriage, but from there, she places the emphasis solely on herself and her relationship with boyfriend Nick. While she does fit into the demographic which the film purports to study, Davenport's story is quite boring and difficult to watch. She interviews family members and ex-boyfriends, all of who look directly into the camera and list off her faults--all of which make Davenport sound like a very troubled person. A documentary on society's views of unmarried women would be very interesting, but this doesn't fit that bill.
