A Regular Frankie Fan Movie Review 2001

Filmmaker Scott Mabbutt took his cameras to several midnight screenings of "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" in different cities, and then interviewed many of the regular fan/performers. He also goes "behind the scenes," as it were, to judge just how important the film is to them and to examine the elaborate the plans they make.
