Sequel to "The Tiger of Eschnapur" finds Harald Berger (Hubschmid) and Seetha (Paget) managing to elude Chandra's soldiers until Seetha's faith in her gods results in her capture and his apparent death. Berger's partner Dr. Rhode (Holm) and Berger's sister Irene (Bethmann) discover they're in the hands of a madman when Chandra lies about Berger's whereabouts. Along the way is another knockout exotic dance (with Ms. Paget in an even more revealing costume), encounters with a horde of lepers locked away in the catacombs, and a full-scale palace revolt.
