K-9 3: P.I. Movie Review 2001

Detective Dooley (Belushi) and Jerry Lee are heading for retirement and new careers as private eyes. But when they try stopping a crime in progress, they wind up as the prime suspects and now must try to find the real culprits. Oh, and Dooley thinks he can earn some extra cash by having Jerry Lee serve as a German Shepard stud for a dog breeder. Family friendly fun.
