Wishmaster 3: Beyond the Gates of Hell Movie Review 2001

Baxter College history prof Joel Barash (Connery) has a crush on student Diana (Cook) who has been helping him out. Unfortunately, her help includes releasing the demonic Djinn from its puzzle box. The Djinn then possesses Barash and goes after Diana to grant her three wishes. Diana knows there's a trick but her fellow students aren't so smart and their wishes have nasty results. Diana can wish to spare her friends but the only thing that will really destroy the evil is the magical Sword of Justice.
