Jewish tap dancer Dan Scott (Carradine) decides to take his fading cabaret act to his family's homeland of Estonia on the eve of WWII. Bad idea. Trapped between the Nazis and the Soviets, Dan still finds time to romance local beauty Deborah (Kirshner), although their love affair is cut short by tragedy. Blah film whose plot goes nowhere quickly.
