Mr. Rice's Secret Movie Review 2000

Mysterious Englishman Mr. Rice (Bowie) lives next door to 13-year-old Owen (Switzer), who has cancer. He's struggling but Mr. Rice offers words of wisdom (that come from the fact he's lived hundreds of years). When Mr. Rice suddenly does die, it's not before letting Owen in on some posthumous life-saving secrets.
