Replicant Movie Review 2001

It takes a killer to catch a killer. In this case Van Damme is cloned by the government so he can go after himself (the original is a vicious serial killer). Cop Rooker, who's been unsuccessfully hunting the psycho for several years, teams up with the duplicate to get results. Lots of chases, fights, and high-tech thrills.
