South of Heaven, West of Hell Movie Review 2000

A marshal (Yoakam), who once ran with an outlaw clan, must deal with his past when the bandits show up to terrorize the Arizona town he's sworn to protect. Yoakam's not much of a leading man and there's a lot of brutal violence to contend with.
