The Last Warrior Movie Review 1999

A devastating earthquake has turned Southern California into an island and Green Beret Nick Preston (Lundgren) takes it upon himself to help a group of survivors finds civilization. Of course there's a villain--a murderer (Mer) who has taken over a maximum security prison and has his own ideas.
