Director Levinson moves from working-class Baltimore to working-class Belfast in the 1980s in this goofball comedy. Best pals and fellow barbers Colm (McEvoy) and George (O'Byrne) don't let their different religions come between them. In fact, they decide it will be an advantage when they take on a new toupee business (called The Piece People)--Colm can sell to the Catholics and George will handle the Protestants. But it turns out they have a rival firm, Toupee or Not Toupee, and then Colm winds up with a substantial order from the IRA. He's willing to separate politics for business but is anyone else?
