Spanish Judges Movie Review 1999

Boring crime drama set in L.A. finds three criminals--muscle Max (D'Onofrio), brains Jack (Lillard), and vamp Jamie (Golino)--looking to steal a couple of valuable Spanish pistols. Yes, it does sound roughly like the plot to "The Mexican" but this film is much worse.
