A director (Novembre) decides to make a movie about the romance between a French ice skater (Chaplin) and an American hockey player (Campbell) that is to be filmed on an ice skating rink. However, most of the cast and crew can't skate, the ice keeps melting, the supporting hockey players are Lithuanian and don't speak French, the two leads are having a torrid (and disruptive) affair, and that's just the beginning. A generally playful look at the tribulations of making a movie. French with subtitles.
