The Pact Movie Review 1999

When teenager Greg (Frost) witnesses his parents' murder by the mob, he's sent to a private school in Montreal as part of the witness protection program. He makes a new best friend with a fellow student (Strong) but discovers his fellow teen is actually a hit man sent to kill him. Only they come to a strange sort of deal instead.
