Final Payback Movie Review 1999

A cast of faded TV stars long since past their prime time (Richard Grieco of "21 Jump Street," Corbin Bernsen of "L.A. Law," Martin Kove of "Cagney and Lacey," Priscilla Barnes of "Three's Company") collect their paychecks for this ineptly directed thriller that leaves no direct-to-video cliche unturned. Grieco stars as an ex-cop who finds himself "pushed over the fence" after he is framed for the murder of the police chief's wife. Gee, you think the police chief himself (B-movie vet John Saxon) may be involved in the conspiracy? No nudity and only one car explosion. Why bother?
