Proximity Movie Review 2000

William Conroy (Lowe) gets prison time for vehicular manslaughter and learns that the big house is hazardous to his health. Seems the inmates have a bad habit of getting killed and Conroy is next when he learns too much about what's going on. Conroy manages to escape and seeks help to expose the whole sleazy situation. Unfortunately, the movie is really dopey and dull.
