Dope Case Pending Movie Review 2000

Extremely low-budget urban action picture revolves around Devon King (Prime Time), who's got a bright future in athletics ahead of him until the cops are called to a party at his house and he's arrested for drug possession. It's a downward spiral from there on. Everything about the film is substandard. Semi-professional writing, acting, and directing.
