Perpetrators of the Crime Movie Review 1998

Dumb criminals--dumb crime. Jones (Burgess) comes up with a kidnapping scheme but his sidekicks, Phil (Strong) and Ed (Devine), kidnap the wrong girl (Spelling) and take her to the wrong hideout. That makes things difficult when Jones tries to shake down their mark (Davis) for the ransom.
