Abstinence comedy has womanizer Matt (Hartnett) suffering from a brutal romantic break-up, so for Lent he vows to go cold turkey in the sack. His always-supportive friends and co-workers rush to place odds on when Matt's self-control will eventually crumble, even posting his progress on the Internet. With babes aplenty seemingly everywhere, Matt's vow is really tested when, of course, he meets the girl of his dreams (Sossamon). Director Lehmann deftly directs the crew of likeable characters, keeping things light and moving along. Memorable funny scenes includes a dinner with Matt's dad describing sex with a hip replacement, and any with Bagel Guy (Maronna).
