Billionaire DeVito catches thief Lawrence robbing his mansion and, in retaliation, takes the man's lucky charm ring. Since Lawrence just received the ring from new girlfriend Ejogo, he'll do anything to get it back. It becomes an escalating, and ultimately tiresome, war of revenge and humiliation. The large and talented cast are given neither the script or the room to really shine, but some of the supporters fare well. Leguizamo, Fichtner, and Headly stand out, but Lawrence and DeVito should've been reined in a bit.
