Goofy satire about the Bay of Pigs invasion co-written and co-directed by McGrath, who also stars as a wimpy grammar teacher who, through some bizarre coincidences, manages, unwittingly, to cause the Cold War debacle. Though the big name cast seems to be having fun, absurdity abounds and eventually topples this romping, madcap throwback. Woody Allen makes an appearance as a CIA veteran in Cuba.
