Hangman Movie Review 2000

A serial killer plays a lethal game of hangman, sending a videotape of each murder to detective Nick Roos (Phillips). Roos joins psychiatrist Grace Mitchell (Amick) to catch the killer but she may be the killer's next intended victim.
