Running out of Time Movie Review 1999

Jewel thief Andy (Lau) knows that he has only two weeks to live. He goes ahead and pulls a job that sets him against Sean (Wan), a canny police negotiator. Director Johnny To employs some flashy visuals in this overachieving crime movie and he got first-rate performances from his leads, particularly Lau Ching Wan, a tremendous character actor.
