Human Rights in Haiti Movie Review 2001

Despite the fact that Haiti became the first Black republic in 1804, its people are still struggling for basic human rights. Currently, human rights observers dispatched from the United Nations are training the Haitians to protect and promote human rights by instituting new systems such as town meetings, mediation training, and community policemen.
