The Man from Planet X Movie Review 1951

Making a belated arrival on home video is this prototypical low-budget first-contact tale. All the elements are there--reporter, aging scientist, his nubile daughter, crafty associate--but the setting is Scotland. Not that it matters, because virtually all of the action takes place on sets.
