Chameleon 3: Dark Angel Movie Review 2000

Genetically engineered Kam (Phillips), who's working for the International Bureau of Investigation, is called upon to protect a sullen, suspicious young woman who knows how to control an energy matter device that was stolen from a government facility. But Kam's assignment is threatened by her evil counterpart--her own genetically engineered brother, Kane (Kuzelicki).
