Agatha Christie's Poirot Movie Review 2000

This set includes two stylized films based on the writings of Agatha Christie and the adventures of her famous detective, Hercule Poirot (Suchet). In the first feature, "Lord Edgware Dies," Poirot finds himself smitten with the actress Jane Wilkinson. When her estranged husband is murdered, Poirot must find the killer. In the second film, "The Murder of Roger Ackroyd," Poirot again finds himself forced to solve a murder. This time out, the killing of a wealthy industrialist exposes a web of blackmail, envy, and murder.
