The upper crusty Countess of Marshwood (Andrews) is appalled when her son Nigel (Atterton) wants to marry American starlet Miranda (Tripplehorn). And she isn't the only one--Miranda has jilted her Hollywood star boyfriend Don (Baldwin), who shows up at the Marshwood's country house to change her mind, and she also has a long-lost sister, Moxie (Thompson), who happens to be the Countess' maid. Slight but witty confection, based on a 1951 Noel Coward play.
