The world of London stand-up comedy is the setting for a surprisingly sexy look at life beyond the microphone. Gus (Schneider) and Jay (Mullarkey) are struggling until Alex (Webster) joins their act. Her combination of intelligence and unembarrassed sexuality makes them a hit with audiences, and with that come all the temptations (and all the cliches) of show business. Yes, the same story has been told countless times, but this version is fresh and energetic.
