Art of Fighting Movie Review 1993

Rather lame anime piece finds Ryo and Robert witnessing a mob hit, and then becoming targets themselves. When Mr. Big kidnaps Ryo's sister, their only chance to get sis back alive is to find a missing diamond and give it to Mr. Big. Plenty of action doesn't ever build up the adrenalin.
