The Prophet's Game Movie Review 1999

Retired Seattle detective Vincent Swan (Hopper) gets a message from the Prophet, a serial killer that Swan supposedly killed years before. Then new victims turn up in L.A., killed in the Prophet's distinctive manner. So Swan heads south to help with the investigation and figure out is he dealing with a copycat--or did he just kill the wrong man?
