There are enough pop culture references and sly humor for the parents and enough diaper, booger and barf jokes for the kids to make this entertaining viewing for the entire family. Tommy, Chuckie and the rest of the gang from the animated Nickelodeon series return for their second full-length feature, this time trekking off to France as Tommy's inventor dad tries to fix a mechanical dinosaur at a very EuroDisney-style theme park. Also, Chuckie's dad Chas is wooed by the kid-hating park operator Coco La Bouche (voice of Susan Sarandon), who only wants to marry him because she thinks that there's a promotion in it for her. This all leads to a bizarre chase through Paris involving the giant dinosaur and a huge escargot.
