The Pooch and the Pauper Movie Review 1999

This may be the first film where dogs switch identities. So the Presidential pooch has been replaced by a lookalike and the confused interloper can only be considered a, well, bad dog. Meanwhile, the First Pup is being pursued by a dogcatcher on those mean D.C. streets. Hey, it's Disney, so every dog has its day.
