The Crimson Code Movie Review 1999

FBI agents Chandler (Muldoon) and Dobson (Moriarty) discover a serial killer who goes after other serial killers. Then Chandler is offered a chance to circumvent that pesky legal thing by joining a covert ops that takes retribution as it sees fit. Just one cliche after another.
