Delivered Movie Review 1998

Pizza deliveryman Will Sherman (Strickland) is the unfortunate witness to a murder by serial killer Reed (Eldard). When Reed realizes Will saw him, he goes after him but the cops have come to the conclusion that it's Will who's the killer--so he has to evade the cops and Reed as well. It's all played for laughs.
