Mail to the Chief Movie Review 2000

Junior high schooler Kenny has a school assignment on the upcoming presidential election. So he goes to a chat room and starts dissing the incumbent's gaffes, only to discover his online chat buddy is actually the President himself. The eighth-grader gives the prez some advice and when he starts to follow it, the President's popularity starts to rise in the polls.
