Eye of the Killer Movie Review 1999

Mickey Hayden is a drunken detective who is forced to re-open the serial killer case that led to his present wretched state. But this time Mickey finds himself having psychic visions when he touches the victims' belongings that put him into the mind of the killer. Now he's tracking a serial killer that may tie into a ten-year-old case.
