Jack Frost 2: Revenge of the Mutant Killer Snowman Movie Review 2000

Snowy horror is returned to his evil ways by a lab accident that also makes him impervious to heat, bullets, and antifreeze. So Jack decides to get revenge on Sheriff Sam (who defeated him previously), who just happens to be on vacation in a tropical paradise. But Chilly Boy doesn't have to worry about that.
