Captain Jack Movie Review 1998

Sentimental, old-fashioned story about eccentric sea captain Jack (Hoskin) who dreams of sailing the same journey as Captain Scoresby made in 1791--from Whitby in northern England to the Arctic. But his misfit crew is a group of novices and his vessel is deemed unseaworthy by authorities. Nevertheless, Jack and his group set sail.
