Rapmania: The Roots of Rap Movie Review 1990

Three-volume set shows the 1990 live bi-coastal concert that celebrated the 15th anniversary of rap music. Filmed at the Apollo Theater in New York and The Palace in Los Angeles, the concert is hosted by Fab Five Freddie, Dr. Dre, and Ed Lover and includes such acts as Sugarhill Gang, LL Cool j, Run DMC, Ice-T, Tone Loc, Special K, Grandmaster Melle Mel, Kool Moe D, Biz Markie, Eric B & Rakim, 3rd Base, and Young MC, and features appearences by Irene Cara and Debbie Allen.
